Return Policy

1. Smart Starter Inc. will issue refunds for products purchased directly from Smart Starter Inc. (via      call-in, in-person, or online at www.smartstarter.ca). You must contact customer support at              support@smartstarter.ca within 30 days of purchasing a product to be eligible to receive a              refund. You acknowledge and agree that a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the              total amount that will be refunded to you. Valid proof of purchase will be required to be eligible      to receive a refund.

2. Smart Starter Inc. reserves the right to deny a refund for any product, at it’s sole discretion,            that is not in good  working condition, has exceptional wear and tear, or has been misused,            abused, altered or otherwise damaged.
